Appointment Types
Initial consultation - 1 hour
If you’re new to our clinic and you are seeking an initial evaluation, or you haven’t been to see us for more than 2 years, please select this option.
Follow-up consultation - 1 hour
This is for existing patients who need to schedule a follow-up visit with the clinician, and you require an hour long appointment (most follow up appointments, especially in the early days, will require one hour).
Follow-up consultation - ½ hour
This is for existing patients who need to schedule a follow-up visit with the clinician but half an hour is preferred. This might be for patients who are seen regularly for cervicogenic dizziness or for reviews of patients with BPPV.
Phone consultation
Over the phone appointments are available for patients who prefer the convenience of consulting with the clinician from the comfort of their home. This is not ideal as it is best to be seen in person, but if you are from afar or cannot travel for whatever reason, and you would like some advice over the phone, this option might be for you. If you would like to schedule a phone consultation, please contact us on 0508 837 844 to arrange this, rather than booking online.
Home visit - 1 hour
If you are unable to visit our clinic, an in-home visit is available. If you would like to be seen at home, please contact us on 0508 837 844 to arrange this, rather than booking online.

Important Information
ACC: We are registered with ACC which means your treatment will be partially funded by ACC, if your injury was within the last 12 months and you have not had more than 16 treatments elsewhere for your injury. Please bring your ACC number and date of injury (if you know it) with you.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Appointment Time Flexibility: When booking online, your selected time is considered a provisional appointment. To optimise clinician availability and reduce gaps in the schedule, your appointment time may be adjusted slightly. If any changes are required, we will contact you to confirm a suitable time.
